1. The Plan Review
All limited guarantees require a Plan Review. Prices may vary by market and region.
Recommended fees for Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Plan Review are:
$450 per production plan level plus $.05 for each additional sq. ft. over 2,500
$550 per custom plan plus $.05 for each additional sq. ft. over 2,500
Recommended fees for the Certified Green Ecovaluation Plan Review are:
$550 per custom plan plus $.05 for each additional sq. ft. over 2,500
$650 per custom plan plus $.05 for each additional sq. ft. over 2,500

2. The Gurantee Package
Pricing varies by type and number of homes dedicated to the program.
You will receive an invoice for each guarantee. Make all payments payable to Environments
for Living.

- Heating & Cooling Energy Use Guarantee
The limited energy use guarantee is combined with a Comfort Guarantee. "Comfort" means
that the temperature at the location of the thermostat will not vary more than 3 degrees
from the center of any conditioned room within the zone. See guarantee for further details
and limitations.
- Marketing
Builders will receive 5 coroplast signs with stakes, 100 consumer brochures and a video for each subdivision.
Customized signs and additional collateral materials may be purchased through Environments for Living
program. ENERGY STAR® marketing materials are available to builders participating
at the Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels. Become an ENERGY STAR® partner and take advantage of
marketing materials online at www.energystar.gov.
